PERSONAL:
I am married to Will Arnett, and a parent to Xan (5), Josh (11) and Camille (13). We share our lives
with 5 dogs, 2 horses, a cat, Pork Chop the pig, a goat named Flower, her son Snickers, her twins
Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, a turtle and numerous fish.
I am a member of the Oktibbeha County Humane Society, Adams County Humane Society, and the
World Wildlife Fund. I am an active member at Pinelake, Starkville.
I was born and raised in the historic town of Natchez, Mississippi. My parents are Mike and Brenda
Hopkins, and David and Cindy Atkins. I have three younger siblings: Tiffany Atkins Howell (married
to Anthony Howell), Shiloh Atkins and Sage Atkins.
After college, I became a Property Manager for local apartment communities. That career led me to
the desire to become a full time real estate professional. I earned my REALTOR designation in '05,
and in May '07, I joined Coldwell Banker S.R.E. Realtors.

I am married to Gregg Munshaw, and we are parents to Tate (Miniature Schnauzer), and Bella (Australian Shepard mix). I grew up fascinated by interior design and the architecture of homes. While most children were glued to Nickelodeon or Disney, I was the child who couldn’t turn away from house flipping and home selling shows on HGTV. After earning my BS in Horticulture at Mississippi State University, I joined Stephanie's team at Coldwell Banker S.R.E. Realtors. |

We also have a cocker spaniel, Macon. We attend Pinelake, Starkville where I volunteer with the preschool children. I was born in Michigan and raised in Bluffton, Indiana. My parents are Larry and Penny Sprinkle. I have an older sister, Bethany, who lives in South Carolina. After college, I worked as a social worker in Fort Wayne, Indiana for several years and then moved to Mississippi to be a live-in nanny. I fell in love with Mississippi, so when the family moved to California, I took a job at a school and stayed. It was there that I met my husband’s mom and was introduced to him. We have recently moved to Starkville and love it here. After moving to Starkville, I joined Stephanie's team at Coldwell Banker S.R.E. Realtors. |
